1. Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders Only)
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

We do not accept returns for sale items, undergarments, swimwear, or personalized products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2. Refunds (US - Domestic Orders Only)
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

3. Returns & Exchanges

All international orders are final sale — we’re not able to offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable, even if the package is undeliverable or refused.

Any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
